Making Good Ideas Come True
Everyone thinks they have good ideas, everyone. But can they build their idea? or make it come to life? That is one crucial component. If you can’t create on your idea it is simply not a good idea.
Check out CW&T [link: https://cwandt.com], it is the designs of Che-Wei Wang & Taylor Levy. They are killing it. I love this stuff. I’ve spent to much time on the stopwatch game already. So far no perfect score for me. [link: https://cwandt.com/products/10-second-stopwatch-game] So far my best result is 09.09.
I also recently supported their kickstarter, which is already fully funded. [link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/cwandt/solid-state-watch]. It ends March 4, 2020, so get over there and check it out. It is a 10+ year watch. It only displays the time. There is no daylight adjustment or date display. It simply displays the time in your requested timezone.
“This project lives at the intersection of functional object, artwork + celebratory artifact. For approximately 10 years, this piece will function as a watch. Gradually its time will drift and eventually the battery will die. Once the battery dies, it will be rendered non-functional but will still remain an artifact to be remembered and celebrated.”

New York City Multiple Exposure
It is not uncommon to see double exposures in photography, where you effectively overlap two photos into one. This can produce some interesting results and some real beautiful and surreal results. I’ll tell you what is more uncommon and rare though…. shooting an entire film roll into one photo. I admit I did not do this purposefully, I am simply just not a good photographer and didn't use the camera properly. Interesting enough to share though.
